It only took me four hours and eight gazillions reads of my 'Smashwords Checklist', but I did it.
Yay, me (she said, the tiredness evident in her voice).
That's the last of them that needed to go there and I, for one, am happy.
I'm still working on Bewitchments, which has, for the moment anyway, stalled a bit. And so, at the suggestion of someone that has turned into a great friend and co-hort in writing, I've been working on Unfinished Rocker.
And I think your going to like it. Are going to like it a lot!
I like Lacey and the other characters she brings with her.
But, Jax? Oh, hell, there's no other way to say it. Jax is smokin' Hot. Smoking enough to even give Dex a run on the hot-o-meter. And for anyone that knows me, that's saying a LOT!
Love all your words of encouragement, your warm thoughts and corrections which are carefully considered. Just damn well love hearing from you all, if we're gonna get all honest and everything.
You are the reason I write. Actually, you're the reason I want to write out these little stories about the people in my head and their issues, trials and tribulations, that come with loving someone.
Because, let's face it, we all need a little romance in our lives...even if it's while folding laundry, stirring whatever concoction we've got brewing on the stove, or driving such-and-such to whatever practice game they've got going.
Yep, it's that romance trolling through each of our heads that keeps us with a smile on our face when we've heard 'But, Moooommmm,' for the four hundred and forty-third time and that's before they leave for school. At least, that's how my mind used to work when the kids were little. They'd be fussing, but my mind was with Ruark/Brandon/Jason as they pressed against me....although, now its Jake, Dex, Ram and Gabe and, for the moment, Jax. But that doesn't make me a slut or anything, right? I mean, fictional imaginings don't really count. Or do they? *wink*
Until next time. You know where to find me...
